Light fish “Moqueca” (moqueca: stew)

Ingredients

2 pounds fish slices

3 little twigs coriander
1 onion
1 pinch of dietary salt
Lemon juice
2 tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 cup with water
2 pounds fresh cleaned shrimp
1 dessert spoon with palm oil

To prepare

 

Grind the coriander, onion, add the red pepper, the tomatoes till you get a dough.
Put the fish ans the shrimp to rest in that mix for 1 hour.
Put the fish, the shrimp and the sauce in a pot with lid.
Add water, olive oil and cook it on medium heat until it gets soft.
