Asparagus soup with fennel Ingredients
1 pack of asparagus
2 glasses of no-fat/skim milk Diet salt 1 pack of fennel Half of a chopped onion 1 clove of garlic 2 slices of chopped green pepper 1 dessert spoon of cornstarch 1 dessert spoon of olive oil To prepare Braise the arparagus with olive oil, onion, garlic,
green pepper and fennel in a pot. Warm up the milk with salt and put the
cornstarch in the mixture, until it gets consistency. Stir all ingredients
until you get a cream.
