Summer Salad

Ingredients


American lettuce
Heart of Palm
4 green olives
Canned tuna (in water)
Parsley
Coriander
Basil
3 quail eggs
Linseed
Light salt
1 dessert spoon of olive oil
1 dessert spoon of mustard
Apple vinegar

To prepare:
Prepare a sauce with olive oil, salt, mostard and vinegar.
Mix all the ingredients and cover it with the sauce. Decorate
it with parsley, basil, coriander and linseed. It may be served
with a grilled fish.
